TL;DR: Our CircleCI builds were suspended yesterday because of "violations of
their terms and conditions". It seems to have been falsely flagged and they've
reenabled builds again.

Our system uses automation to detect anomalies, and it appears that your
project was erroneously flagged. We have reviewed your project and subsequently
have removed the flag from it.

Hi,
It looks like CircleCI builds have been suspended earlier today for the
open-source project https://github.com/STEllAR-GROUP/hpx. As an example
https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/STEllAR-GROUP/hpx/9503/workflows/df154310-cca5-46e4-906e-d8b96c12217a/jobs/274942
tells me that the project has been suspended because CircleCI has "detected an
anomaly", but does not offer an explanation of what we may have done to violate
the terms of service.
At the time of writing the last builds started around two hours ago, and were
cancelled mid-build.
The only major configuration change that we have done recently is add Bors
(https://bors.tech/) last week as an app to our GitHub repository. However, we
currently do not build branches created by Bors
(https://github.com/STEllAR-GROUP/hpx/blob/559b04e0bf7416c5bc568cfb0fce793d052e0256/.circleci/config.yml#L43-L51),
so I do not see how this could affect the project, but want to mention it just
in case.
Is there any chance for us to try to fix whatever violation we may have
triggered, or is it possible that this is a mistaken suspension?
