Dear all, this is a short summary to wrap my project.
I didn't push any more work, because I was unable to resolve the issue described in the previous report. I ran more tests to give enough feedback to Kalmar developers, cleaned the code and created CMake scripts for Kalmar detection. Right now it is sufficient to provide the installation directory of Kalmar in option HPX_WITH_KALMAR and specify the location of Boost compiled against libc++, not libstdc++ (BOOST_ROOT).
