Are you building on OSX? Which versions of CMake and Clang are you
running? ("cmake --version" and "cc --version") Could you try if it
helps to add -DWITH_THREADS=false to the cmake command line? e.g.cd libgeodecomp mkdir build cd build cmake -DWITH_THREADS=false ..
