Thanks for your interest! There have been several attempts to use HPX for a linear algebra package but nothing has been produced in terms of a usable product, sorry. The intermediate results we have seen were very promising as the fine-gran parallelism in HPX lends itself very well to the implementation of dataflow-based algorithms which are known to be very efficient. However, others might be able to give you more information.
