Xavi - Yes, set: -DAPEX_WITH_PAPI=TRUE -DPAPI_ROOT=/path/to/papi
If that doesn’t work, let me know. The PAPI measurements won’t show up in an OTF trace, but they will be in a final report if you set the environment variable APEX_SCREEN_OUTPUT=1 before running the program.
