Hi,
Hopefully this is a very easy question, but I was wondering whether hpx
performs work stealing across localities for component actions. In other
words, in a heterogeneous environment, can I create component instances
uniformly and trust hpx to steal work from slower nodes once the faster
nodes have completed their work queues?
