Dear sir/ Ma’am I am a first year undergraduate engineering student of Mathematics and computing at Delhi Technological University , New Delhi, India. I am writing to show my interest in contributing to the open source project “ Test Framework for Phylanx Algorithms” through GSoC 2019 as is mentioned on the GitHub page of your organization. I have good knowledge of programming in C++ and I am learning machine learning using Python . So looking at the prerequisites of this project , I find myself very interested in this project. I have no previous official project working experience and I am yet to do any internships . So , I want to know whether it would be possible for me to apply for contributing to this project and if it is possible then what are the areas I should start to focus on before the beginning of the contribution phase. Please tell me more about the specification of the project and in what ways can I contribute effectively and actively to this project.
