This is a Bourbaki quote, no? Oulipo was in fact modeled after their endeavors. Lacan even attempted to produce something like a 'secret society' of psychoanalysts in his day that never really materialized. Bourbaki is largely responsible for Lacan's turn to structure and the matheme in his work. Andre Weil, one of Bourbaki's co-founders, solved Levi-Strauss' kinship problem by using the well defined concept of mathematical structure that Bourbaki had invented, and he subsequently wrote the appendix to Strauss' seminal re-worked thesis that would eventually play an enormous role in the replacement of existentialism by structuralism within philosophy. Category theory is also a Bourbaki offshoot to some extent. Etc., etc.
