Hello Partner, We have the following requirement .Please help me out with the suitable candidate. Position: AD Migration engineer Location: St. Louis, MO Salary: DOE Duration: minimum 6 month contract. Process: Phone interviews. No onsite required. Can do Skype, etc. Sponsorship: not considering. If contract only, yes, but must have excellent communication skills. Notes from Conversation: The company is ramping up an Active Directory migration and they are also migrating all their PC's from Windows XP to Windows 7. Day to day responsibilities: They are looking for someone to execute and identify changes to the active directory environment. They are looking for someone with experience in migrating from a Windows XP to a Windows 7. This is not required but is highly recommended. They will have to identify and enable the short term critical path of the active directory environment in both XP and Win 7. Also Identify the process of XP user policies with an active directory migration. Candidates must have Active Directory, VB Script and group policies experience. In regards to experience with group policies candidates must enable advance group manager console and security compliance. There won't be much scripting but they must have hands on experience with VB Script. Job description: . We are in the midst of an Active Directory Migration. . Must have experience with upgrading or migrating Active Directory . Worked with VBscripting or Powershell . Worked with group policies (enabling advance group manager console and enabling security compliance) . Deployed desktops (preferably Windows 7).
