Highly desired skills: good communication, good articulation & documentation, good analytical capabilities 3. Participate in review meetings for *System Requirements & Specifications (SRS)* 1. Experienced in requirements documentation, its review, base lining & management tools - Rational Software Architect, & Visio, etc. Strong grasp of MS Office 2. *Highly desired to have at least 2 project lifecycle experience for web-based portal development projects, preferably in Insurance sector * 3. Use case writing experience 4. Good knowledge of complete project life cycle 5. Good knowledge of testing & versioning tools 6. Designing /contributing the user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces *10. **Experience in portal development projects as BA* 11. Contribute towards completion of other documents like *Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) during the RA phase* 12. Assist with presentation of SRS and associated documents for Sign off formalities 13.
