Job Title: Business Analyst III PMAS Job Description: User Testing & Research Professional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Conducting contextual inquiries to gain an understanding of users and their work goals -Performing heuristic analysis and competitive product analysis -Conducting usability testing and validation -Organize and conduct focus groups -Document and present findings to UI Design and Product teams -Add findings to existing personas -Assist with other projects as needed Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree -Master's degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology or related field is preferred -Minimum of 5+ years experience performing User Experience research and design in a mature software development organization -Thorough knowledge and significant experience with User-Centered Design practices: contextual inquiry, persona development, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, interface design, rapid prototyping and participatory design, usability testing -Experience with user research techniques (e.g. Card Sorting, Cognitive Walkthroughs, etc) -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Ability to consistently deliver projects on schedule -Ability to work independently and handle change and shifting priorities -Must be able to travel up to 20% including overnight travel Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with TechSmith Morae software -Experience with Agile software development practices * Regards, Ed, Recruiter.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "as400placements1" group.
