No of openings - 6

Duration - 6 months

Description -

•       Must be US citizens

•       client wants the right to screen the staff and have them complete a
technical interview.

•       The selected candidates will need to work on site

–      Client is open to four 10 hours days – if candidate will be traveling

–      Prefer 5 days a week coverage

–      Prefer local (Central Ohio) candidates

•       The selected candidates will be included on the on-call support
rotation – should be expect to provide overnight support a couple of times
a month.

–      Developers are placed on the on call support schedule, regardless if
they are assigned a project or basic support duties.

•       Strong plus if the developers have worked in both Oracle and MS SQL
Server environments (note this is not required for the HCM resource since
client is currently on Oracle)

•       Need development experience with Workflow, App Engine, People
Tools, SQR, People Code and integration broker.

•       Need strong customer skills – primary point of contact will be the
business analyst, but expectations developer will interact with end user -
i.e. detail fact findings, review resolutions, etc.

•       Candidate must to be strong in their specific area to provide root
cause analysis as needed and provide solution recommendations.

•       *Financial Candidates* -   would be a plus if the developers have
worked in both SQL and Oracle environments.

–      Support for client Contract to Cash team – needs PeopleSoft
development experience for:

•       Project

•       Billing & Pricing

•       Contract

–      Support for client Financial Core team – needs development experience

•       GL

•       Strong  basic financial resource

•       *CRM Candidates* – -   would be a plus if the developers have
worked in both SQL and Oracle environments.

•       Needs to have strong CRM experience

•       *HCM Candidates* –  client HCM is on Oracle, do not need SQL
environment development

–      Specific areas noted – workflow and benefits development
