- Power Center is the common Informatica tool, this is not required, but nice to have. They will be using the developer and analyst tool and should have experience with both at past positions. Working with Oracle database as well, so Oracle experience would be nice to have as well. -This position will be somewhat unique. New application and it is unclear on how much development they will be doing up front. We need to prepare the environments, documentation on process, guide some business users on best practices, learn Wells Fargo process. - Will be a slow start, lots of analysis, information sharing, working with business teams, helping people learn about the tools. MUST be a good communicator and have experience dealing with all levels of management. Eventually will get into development, but need to be comfortable with a slow start.
