· Good knowledge of SAP CRM version 7.0
· Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM
· Expertise in the area of
· Warranty Management
· Service Contract
· Service Order Management (T&M and warranty / contract based )
· Service Confirmation
· Opportunity Management
· Product Service Letter
· Integration of CTI with CRM
Exposure in the area of Medical devices will be preferred
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding the detailed design in a particular module
Understand the big picture of the project and drive the entire solution
towards standard functionality and keep the customization to the minimum
Producing functional specifications for agreed solution gaps.
Ensures that technical resources fully understand the requirements
within a functional specification.
Supporting the on shore delivery team – making sure that they are able
to realize the solution, by a combination of monitoring and direct
intervention/involvement with offshore build activities.
Ensures that technical resources have completed and documented
sufficient unit testing before handover to the functional team.
Work closely with the onshore functional teams to ensure alignment of
functional requirements and technical implementation.
Produce test scripts and supporting data to complete unit and system
testing as required.
