For immediate considerations please send profiles to [email protected] *Position: Oracle Retek consultant* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: Open* * * *Requirements: * - Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, engineering, or an IT related field. - Must have five years of progressive experience in the development and support of Oracle Retail applications. - Must have experience in the following: supporting retail applications; custom development; Oracle package applications and interfacing to existing applications; Oracle Retail Suite Applications (e.g. RMS, RIB); Manhattan and/ or retek distribution management applications; - working with conversion and interfacing programs between Oracle 10g and other systems; writing/interpreting both high level and detailed designs; - Must be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Pro*C, SQL Tuning, Oracle SQL Plus, and experience in J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, and Web Services is a plus. - Exposure to Mercury Quality Center; Subversion (SVN); and Database concepts and reading data models is desired. - Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, mentor technical associates, and prioritize and manage a variety of complex tasks and activities, using demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail.
