Candidates have to be very Strong in designing. · The candidate needs to be specialist with primary skills in Java, Oracle, unit testing driven development and agile software development. · They must also have a wide range of secondary skills, including a sound understanding of financial products, accounting basics and regulatory reporting. · Role needs hands-on engineer and as a team lead. · Expert level software engineer with experience in Core Java ( Basic Java concepts, Collection framework, Multithreading) · MUST have good hands on and in depth knowledge. · Oracle SQL/PLSQL coding. · Should be strong in Junit, mockito, fitnesse (Working knowledge of Junit is a must) and Maven, Unix basics · Exposure to Agile, Test driven development. · Able to run technical workshops, code reviews and mentor other team members. · Analysis and Design Capable of working from approximate requirements outlines and FSA rule book to produce executable specifications using Fitne.
