*Sr. Business Analyst - Service Assurance* *3 to 6 months contract* *Burbank, CA* *Additional Details:* Locals preferred. *Description:* *Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Director of Service Assurance to deliver service delivery reporting for Corporate Application Services. Including the following: • Incident Ticket aging and backlog management • Change management ticket close down and aging management • Problem Management • Service provider Sustainment reporting and analysis • Work with the CRMs and Service providers to deliver application support transition reporting and follow-up on corrective action plans • Provide required reporting for the Build to Run and Transition to Support processes as a part of the team. • Assist with the analysis of Executive reporting and corrective actions • Track and Manage software maintenance spend • Maintain a reconciliation of the application portfolio for Corporate Application Services • Prepare and publish monthly application enhancement spend analysis • Collaborate with CRMs to develop server decommissioning and application retirement strategy and plans • Assist with PMO activities including preparation of SDLC deliverables, status reporting, and project plan updates • Support special projects as assigned *Specific Deliverables: * • Weekly incident aging analysis and escalations • Monthly enhancement spend analysis • Weekly/monthly sustainment reporting and analysis • Monthly software maintenance forecast • Server decommissioning and retirement strategy and plan • Build to run and transition support action items *Requirements: * • BA - BS • Three to five years of experience in an IT environment or associated Business Analyst role • Working in a multi-labor work environment that includes internal and out-sourced resources is a plus • Strong understanding of ITIL processes • Advance understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros, VBA). • Experience with analysis work across a variety of key data sets • Experience with ITSM/Remedy and SharePoint • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. -- *Please send resumes to [email protected]* *Thanks & Regards* Praveen Kumar Technical Recruiter | Addon Technologies | Website: www.addonusa.com phone: 734-956-4737 ext-168 | Fax:* *734-418-2603 | email: * [email protected]* <[email protected]>| N .
