Function as the test lead. Develop the test strategy and oversee all testing work. QA Test Lead for Personal Lines U/W Workbench Project Has successfully functioned as the Test Lead on large, complex projects Plans and manages all testing phases Develops the Test Strategy, approach and plans Performs analysis and review of all requirement, change control and technical documents Defines all test tasks, time frames and dependencies Develops a testing resource plan Manages all assigned testing resources – both IT and Business – Onshore and Offshore Insures all defined testing documentation is created and maintained Responsible for reporting test status and test metrics Responsible for the defect/bug management process Understanding of performance testing Underwriting Knowledge a plus DuckCreek Application Knowledge a plus P&C Insurance Experience – emphasis on Personal Lines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Quality Assurance Analyst: -drives quality improvements in the Business Solution Area (BSA) -measures, monitors, and analyzes production quality trends within the BSA -measures and monitors whether all BSA processes (through plan, build and run) are executed as prescribed -provides insight to BSA leaders, application owners, process owners, and business partners on trends and indicators of quality. With full competency, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex information systems.
