This resource should be creative, resourceful, experienced in Agile and Waterfall, and have lead programs/projects with multiple system integrations both internally in the company as well as externally with multiple vendors. *Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:* • Manages day-to-day activity of program/project team • Lead IT Delivery Teams as well as other PM’s in cross functional program • Works in Agile and Waterfall Environment - MUST • Ensures delivery of program(s) and/or project(s) on time, to budget and to quality • Ensures communication and alignment between all teams • Ensures programs and projects are meeting timelines and deliverables • Resolves issues, roadblocks and changes, and escalates to the PCM, when appropriate • Responsible for budget forecasts/projections • Financial reporting to budget • Point of escalation for all teams • Drives successful integrations with internal and external teams, including vendors & 3rd Parties • Leading all phases of SDLC with internal and external vendors • Develops program roadmap with PCM • Experience with offshore and nearshore development teams • Ensures team is following all processes, procedures, and templates used in department or organization • Identify and improve any processes or procedures that are outdated or obsolete • Create a culture of continuous improvement, change and world class delivery *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* 1. *7 or more years of IT systems experience in application delivery and management.* *2. 5 or more years of program management experience* *3. 5 or more years of experience in a technical leadership role with direct reports and people management responsibilities* *4. 1 or more years of experience managing and being accountable for budgets over $1M* *5. Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, as needed* *6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills* *7. Product Management experience* *8. Technical skills * *9.
