*TIBCO Developer -* aprox. 3-5 years hands on experience (no architects,
actual hands on technical experience/development) in real-time and batch
integration using the following TIBCO products: BusinessWork 5.7, EMS 4.2,
Hawk.


*Basic Qualifications: *Experience in developing and delivering IT
solutions
3-5 years of TIBCO Business Works Active Matrix, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk and
UNIX development experience.
Financial Services, Capital Markets, Asset Management


*Preferred Qualifications Skills: *TIBCO Product Suite - ActiveMatrix
BusinessWork, EMS, Hawk, TIBCO adapter for SWIFT
Java, Web Service, JUnit, XML, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Hibernate,
Eclipse, ClearCase, CVS, Subversion, UNIX, JSP, J2EE, Eclipse, C++, EJB3,
Toplink, MDB and Session Beans, , PL/SQL, T-SQL, ILOG
Sybase, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database Development.
3-5 years of JAVA/J2EE Development experience.


*NEED TIBCO Skills. *Strong, driven enterprise architect from a developer
background who can advocate for the client manager's team in architecture
discussions, help drive future state architecture decisions, and also work
directly with developers to achieve the future state architecture.
Excellent client-facing skills are required.

*Key skill required :* TIBCO (Advanced)

*Nice to have:* J2EE Programming (Advanced)
