Title: *Solution Architect / Lead* Location: San Jose, CA *Key Responsibilities**:* Ø Drive multiple project tracks for Entitlement Framework and Performance Acceleration programs in different lifecycle stages. Ø Define and capture business requirements and relevant use cases from service offers, tools and other corporate initiatives. Ø Analyze business requirements, prepare solution options, and obtain approvals for planning and execution. Ø Drive joint Business – IT meetings to translate business requirements into functional specifications and interface effectively and efficiently between business and IT teams. Ø Support Proof of Concept (POC) development and prototyping to showcase solution options that leverage reusable SOA web services. Ø Attend and run project meetings, prepare presentation materials, provide entitlement perspective and submit weekly status to PMO. Ø Execute technical project deliverables on-time and on-budget, manage multiple project resources to plan; able to escalate issues effectively and achieve resolution. Ø Provide updates to Service Entitlement Team about projects that impact entitlement operations and assess business process impact points. Ø Translate business issues into system solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing systems development *Requirements* Ø Strong Product management experience in taking a technology product from idea to maturity and managing multiple related projects simultaneously. Ø Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Ø 7+ years of work experience in high tech industry in Product Management and Project Management roles, in the field of global enterprise systems implementation. Ø Prior experience in technology systems performance, latency/resiliency measurements, and SLA management is important. Ø Strong analytical skills and broad business knowledge Ø In-depth knowledge of Product/ Service Lifecycle (PLC) and product development. Ø Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with ability to tailor communications to technical, business, and executive-level audiences Ø Familiarity with modern IT systems, databases and technologies, especially Internet related technologies, data processing, and SOA web services. Ø Prior Cisco experience, especially in service operations, is a plus.
