Position Qualifications: To perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:* Five years hands-on Oracle HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Self Service, and workflow. Experience in developing projects, communicating project tasks and milestones to team, managing and implementation of new workflows, projects, processes, and educating end users. Ability to translate user requests into system and workflow solutions supporting industry and system best practices. Excellent written and oral presentation skills and preferably experience introducing organizational change. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex systems. Working knowledge of any specialized processes, legal requirements necessary to perform duties. Ability to manage projects and to effectively work as part of a team on larger projects Excellent analytical skills, time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task, ability to routinely make effective and timely decisions in alignment with departmental direction is required.
