They should have worked on projects at either the state or federal level that deals with federally mandated requirements, funding, and *OMB* project manager requirements. •The PM is required to be 100% dedicated to this project by Federal requirements. •Experience with *EBT* or other, similar enterprise installations is important. •The *PM* must also need to be able to balance the process elements of *Project* *Management* with the interpersonal elements of working with a caregiver agency culture. The ability to build strong client relationships and show empathy while still advancing the project work is important. •The right PM will have experience in a range of *PM* methodology including the use of agile Project Management. •Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
