Role Summary and Requirments:
· This person will be the Domain Test Lead for the Global IT
Callidus Group (Sales Compensation).
· Must have experience in Sales Compensation testing (perferrable
CALLIDUS), leading the testing efforts, resource management, and test
estimation.
· Must be able to step in and help with the testing work when
needed and be able to engage with a variety of groups including Project
Managers, developers, Business Analyst and Business sponsors.
· A plus would be knowledge of ALM and Callidus.
· Be able to bring to the table Best Practices and Standards.
*Tester with Retail Exp and BA background Exp..*
*Client :NCR Corporation (GC/Citizens only)*
*Location: Austin, TX*
*Duration:6 Months with extension*
*Skills needed:*
- 3-5 testing (manual or automation)
- writing test cases
- executing test scripts/manual steps
- *1-2 years of retail experience*
- some knowledge of POS functionality
- some knowledge of supply chain
- knowledge of test scenarios that are specific to retail
operations
- great communication skills
- work with little direction
*- BA background a plus*
