Graduate studies are hi ghly preferred. Significant insurance related studies gained by technical i nsurance designation is preferred. *K**n**owledge:* Must have expert knowledge of standards, best practices, methodologies, and frameworks associated with the insurance/financial services industry, busine ss process management, and the IT discipline. Must have expert knowledge of a wide variety of tools, concepts, and techniques of business process modeli ng, analysis, and design. Knowledge of emerging industry, competitor, custo mer demography, regulatory, and market trends as they relate to insurance, r einsurance, and related financial services industries. Understanding of new technologies and developments in the technology industry. Must have expert knowledge of the systems development life cycle. Extensive knowledge of pro ject management concepts and techniques are required. Comprehensive knowled ge of facilitation, performance management, organizational design, and organ ization change management. . *Skills**:* Must be able to serve as the top technical expert for the discipline of busi ness consulting and analysis. Must have the ability to manage large complex projects that involve high risk and great impact for the company. Must have the ability to determine the organizations function including the origin, r easoning, and methodology behind key policies, practices and procedures. Mu st have the ability to develop and apply innovate approaches and strategies to business problems and opportunities. Must have ability to influence seni or management. Must have the ability to utilize emerging and enabling techn ologies to solve the most complex business problems. Must have strong proj ect and process management skills. Must possess interpersonal savvy and w ell-developed project leadership ability. Must possess strong oral and wri tten communication skills to interact with all levels within the company. Ab ility to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confiden ce. Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original con cepts/theories for a variety of projects. Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that i nvolve remote and elusive symptoms, often spanning multiple environments in a business area. Strong ability to evaluate and make recommendations regarding data integrity. Provide consultative advice, recommendations and solutions to Business and IT Management.
