Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. · Experience in working with the Commercial Off-the-Shelf product (COTS) and their support team. · Experience in supporting Medical Affairs team in connection with accessing Medline database of references and abstracts on life sciences and biomedical topics via QUOSA and other publishers like PUBMED. · Ability to understand network and security concepts such as ZScaler, Single sign-on, proxy etc. · SharePoint, LiveLink, SQL experience is a plus.
