*Job Description:*

This role is an opportunity for an experienced product manager to design
and build digital experiences for use in our retail stores that are
interesting, occasionally groundbreaking, and overall of significant
valuable to our associates & clients.



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

•    Lead product strategy with a focus on value and client experience with
Digital Experience

•    Balance the key elements of a product, optimizing across business,
technical, creative, analysis, & management.

•    Set clear expectations, then deliver a product that meets or exceeds
expectations, on budget and schedule

•    Work with key business stakeholders to determine the vision & expected
benefits (with corresponding metrics) of the product

•    Drive development through a cross-functional organization from concept
through launch & beyond, including collaboration with a wide range of
stakeholders & partners:

o    Work with marketing, merchandising and education to define the goals,
vision, and metrics for each product & prioritize ideas

o    Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed, with
support from internal UX & research teams

o    Create focused & prioritized functional requirements

o    Work with IT/Engineering teams to align on product roadmap & technical
approach

o    Determine specific requirements and write PRD/specs/user stories

o    Collaborate with partners on rollout plans, including store training &
analytical needs

o    Ensure clear success metrics  are identified and reported

o    Identify and execute post-launch follow-up enhancements

•    Partnerships could include third parties, both technical development
and other resources; drive vendor selection process when necessary.

•    Lead (and/or support as needed) cross-functional teams from concept to
release



*SKILLS & STRENGTHS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:*

•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work-streams including: work
prioritization, planning, task delegation, and working with peers and
vendors in a cross-functional setting

•    Agile and flexible with regards to shifting priorities and business
needs and in working with diverse teams and people

•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills critical; able to
communicate effectively with people at all levels and in all functional
teams

•    These experiences are helpful but not required:

o    Online or offline digital product development

o    Name brand companies

o    Retail stores

o    MBA
