*Job Description: *



•             Requirement gathering and elicitation from Microsoft online
advertising Business and Field/ end users.

•             Proficient at defining and explaining successful end to end
scenarios, translate complex customer needs into insightful designs, and
work cross-discipline with developers, designers, and program managers at
various levels and across geographies.

•             Develop mock ups with UX designers and run through focus
groups with multiple solutions.

•             Feature design: Have a great sense for online systems and
scalability, experience working on user experience design for complex
systems

•             Cross Group Collaboration: Drive a feature team to consensus
on a multi-release plan for investments with the ability to understand what
leadership and processes make teams successful in designing platform
capabilities and end user experiences that can be consumed across Microsoft
and beyond.

•             Represent multiple scenarios status in weekly ship room
meetings with various stakeholders and partners

•             Quickly come up to speed on new products and technologies and
have a passion for continuing to grow in the technical dimension.

•             Communication & Presentation - Write feature specifications
and drive agile development process.  Excellent written and oral
communication.
•             Minimum Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in
project management and implementing systems.
