Tech or equivalent Job Description: Must be a competent senior technology architect with sound SOA implementation API management experience. Key activities will be: · Analyze existing services inventory. · Identify the business needs addressed by each service. · Categorize services into appropriate categories to help make right API decisions/recommendations · Determine the meta-data/other business information that needs to be gathered for the assessment · Draft the service profiling questionnaire · Engage with the service provider teams to ask the right questions · Provide guidance on service data analysis and pattern identification · Define service categories and provide guidance on categorizing services · Make recommendations based on findings/industry best practices Also, the candidate must have extensive experience and knowledge of SOA implementation and *hands-on experience in the following*: · SOA solutions using the IBM Websphere Datapower SOA Appliances · Vordel · Apiegee Should bring excellent verbal and written communication skills to the role and will thrive on delivering results in a quality environment. Expectation from the candidate: · Lead the API assessment and Migration team. · Develop API migration strategy. · Interact with various portfolio owner at client site and prepare roadmap for migration.
