*Locations: San Francisco,CA / Charlotte,NC* *Duration: 3- 6 months Contract* *Experience: 4 - 5 years * *Extension Possible: May be* *Skills:Performance Engineering (Who can read coadings)* *Job Description: * · Unix Skills - Should be good in all commands to capture server statistics, logs etc. SED, AWK, GREP are some of the key examples. · Should have worked as a lead performance tester who can take initiatives on multiple projects without management oversight. · Should have worked on Java technology testing (should understand garbage collection, memory leak, heap and memory size).With this knowledge he/she should be able to help with making recommendations for application fine tuning. · Shoud have knowledge on Wily. · Should have knowledge on Weblogic archtecture. This helps in root cause analysis on server/ application side. Java development background: · Worked at least 5 years as application performance engineer. · Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and comfortable with scripting. · HPC Load runner. · Wily Introscope. · Good analytical and communication skillset.
