The resource should take care of creating performance test plans, prepare test schedules, planning, coordination, execution and distribution of performance test activities. Analyzing results, creating final test report, review with application team and management before presenting it to the client. Typically requires minimum 5-7 years of experience in the performance testing domain. *Skills Required -* Rational Performance Tester and Rational tools.
