Strong documentation and requirements analysis skills. Possess a questioning attitude and inquiring mind. Familiarity with SDLC methodology. Strong familiarity with MS Office as well as MS Visio. Ability to define, manage and exceed business customer expectations. Ability to effectively communicate with various project stakeholders including, IT leadership, business customers, team members, and other IT colleagues. *Qualifications * BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. 5+years direct work experience in a systems analyst role. Demonstrated track record of success at planning, analysis, design and management of complex technical and enterprise solutions specifically Data Center consolidations, construction and migrations. Expert in developing functional and non-functional specifications. Knowledge in database concepts, web services, n-tier systems, application profiling, workflow development, virtualization concepts, storage concepts, and networking concepts. Demonstrated experience supporting projects involving server consolidation, software migrations, or infrastructure consolidation/moves, large enterprise Active Directory initiatives, including initial implementations and upgrades as well as experience supporting infrastructure improvement programs from inception through implementation that include Data Center Facilities, Virtualization Technologies, Windows Servers, Enterprise Storage, and Network LAN/WAN. Recent experience supporting data center creation and/or data center expansion infrastructure projects as well as large scale Windows 7 migration experience (4000 users) Superb negotiation, communication, and technical writing skills and a proven ability to work effectively across organizations. Professional team player but also can work independently. Prior experience on projects with federal, state or local government is desirable, but not required. Experience with DCIM tools and implementation would be a plus.
