This position will be part of a *collaborative team* working to develop the
web-bases system which will support enrollment and eligibility for various
state based public assistance programs including Medicaid, SNAP, ALL Kids,
Subsidized Child Care, etc.

developing a system that will help people in need and will change lives for
the better. They want each member of their team to care about the long
term impact the project will have and to really be excited about helping
individuals in Alabama through this project.
*MUST HAVE:*
· 4+ years of experience in software development using C# within a
.Net Framework
· Experience developing code using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or
other web front-end technologies
· Strong commitment to and excitement for helping others through
this project- see note above on cultural fit
· Experience with SQL Server databases
· Experience with project development methodology and able to
apply methodology in a practical manner
· Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life
Cycle
· Process knowledge and experience with Agile software projects
· Ability to document code developed by analyst
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR
business area or healthcare industry
· MVC.Net experience
· Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
· SoftwareAG web Methods experience/exposure
· Bachelor’s Degree
