Description:

The Sr. Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Data acts as a consultant and partner
with business partners across the enterprise to elicit, clarify and
translate business strategy and operational requirements into data-driven
business solutions. The Sr. Solutions Analyst is responsible for
documentation and conceptual design from which enterprise solutions are
developed. The Sr. SA is responsible for defining (and/or redefining)
business needs for new and/or enhanced business processes or services. The
Sr. SA is an active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle and
will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external
business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood,
documented and met. The Sr. SA generally works on projects of medium to
high complexity. The Sr. SA also coaches and mentors other team members in
both the SA role and business knowledge to assist in project delivery.

Requirements/Preferences

X Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed
functional and/or technical specifications

X Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to complex problems
and recommend the best solution to the business and project team

X Ability to apply acquired knowledge from prior experience effectively in
new situations (medium to high complexity)

X Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem solving skills

X Must be able to meet with clients of varying levels to gather, document,
and analyze system specifications and requirements, work closely with
developers and testers in the fast-paced environment.

X Strategy or Process Consulting Experience

X Ability offer solutions and the business impact to clients in a clear and
concise manner.

X Ability to work collaboratively with others in team environment

X Possesses ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to
elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size

X Demonstrated successful mastery of major components of the solutions
lifecycle

X Possesses effective influencing and negotiating skills X Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

X Knowledge of when and how to use business assessment tools (e.g.,
feasibility studies, business cases and/or cost/benefit, project sizing and
costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments)

X Understanding of how the people, processes and technology within an
organization interact in relationships and patterns to create a feasible
solution on projects of medium to high complexity

X Demonstrated mastery of test strategies, test plans, and test execution

X Process oriented, logical thinker X Strong negotiation and influencing
skills

X Skilled in the use of Visio or other process or flow chart tool

X Strong knowledge of business processes related to business channel
supported

X Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts

X Strong SQL skills

X Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

X Experience working with statistical software applications such as SPS,
SAS, MiniTab or R

X Experience working with business intelligence applications such as TIBCO
Spotfire, Tableau or MicroStrategy

Description -
We need a Senior C#.Net / WCF Consultant who "knows how to look under the
hood and tell him anything about MS Operating System.

" Must be a guru with C# and WCF Arch. Position will sit in Uptown Charlotte

Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor
and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or
application initiatives.  Utilizes a thorough understanding of available
technology, tools, and existing designs.  Works on the most complex
problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of
intangible variance factors.  Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation
point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.  Leads
most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.  Acts as
expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development,
testing, and implementation process.: 10+ years application development and
implementation experience.

The candidate will not manage individuals, but will be expected to help
mentor more junior folks.
