*Qualifications*

·         Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an
accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive
experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

·         At least 8 years of experience with Identity Management

·         At least 2 years of experience in OIM 11g R2 ps1 with development
and lead roles

·         At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.

·         At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities
on development and maintenance projects.

·         At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.



*Job Description:*

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders
and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the
Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation,
Application Architecture definition and Design in Identity Management
domain especially using OIM 11g R2 ps1 product and customization of the
product (Building custom ICF Connector, Plugin, Event Handler , ADF UI
etc.). You will play an important role in creating the high level design
artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a
module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities
related to customization, implementation, transition and warranty.  You
will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are

*Skills Required*

·         Expert in OIM 11g R2 PS1, Java

·         Very good experience and knowledge of advanced customization
(Custom ICF Connector, ADF, Custom Event Handler etc.)

·         Very Good Communication Skill( Written and Verbal)

·         Ability to work with Cross-Functional team for Requirements,
Design, Build and Rollout



*High Level Activities*

·         Integration application(Connected or Disconnected Application) on
the existing OIM platform for

·         Access Certification

·         Request and Approval workflow

·         Account Re-Conciliation

·         Account Lifecycle Management ( including Entitlement Management)

·         OOB UI Customization

·         Password management-Change/Reset Password service (if applicable)

·         Requirements and Design

·         Develop Design Template for identified Integration Pattern

·         Develop the technical Design specifications that are necessary to
support the Application Integration

·         Develop the functional design and functional use cases based on
the requirements.

·         Develop the technical design for each Application identified. The
specifications include but are not limited to, user-to-system interaction,
the component-to-component interaction in the system (e.g., Sequence
Diagram), the data elements (e.g., Data Specification), the business rules,
and unit test cases

·         Develop Solution/ source code, metadata, and other system
executables/Configuration in accordance with the Functional and Technical
Specifications

·         Setup of a standard  engagement model, set of processes and
deliverables for Application Integration

·         For Each of the Application in Scope

·         Requirements gathering and sign-off

·         Application integration design

·         Implementation (Development + Unit testing) in Dev environment

·         Deployment in System Test,UAT environment

·         Support System Testing, Regression Testing and UAT

·         Support Deployment in Production environment

Collaborate with the stakeholders (Internal Visa teams + Oracle) as
required.
