Debug Engineer / Firmware developer (embedded C)

What you will do:

- Implement features requested by customers. From design discussion with 
architects, though implementation, ending with cooperation with validation 
and delivery to customer - Create innovative solutions which will enable 
short time delivery to market - Cooperate with team members on improving 
processes and product quality - Participating in power on events where new 
CPU's and servers are booted up first time in the world - Develop and debug 
firmware (C language), - Integrate firmware with other server HW and SW 
platform components, like CPU, PCH, BIOS, OS etc.,

Beside regular duties you can: - Create your own career development plan 
and have support from your manager in achieving your personal development 
goals - Participate in innovation activities (Inventions Incubator, 
Hackatons, patents submissions) - Develop yourself by teaching others - 
become trainer of tech or soft skills trainings

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Must have either a BS or MS in 
Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, no more 
than 18 months after gradiuation. - Experience with embedded programming (C 
- language) of microcontrollers - Practical knowledge of concepts in the 
following areas: multithreading, RTOS, drivers, remote debugging, 
communication protocol stacks, - Basics knowledge of electronics and 
inbound data transmission protocols, buses (e.g. I2C, 1-Wire, PCI), basics 
of signal processing, - Methodical problem solving skills, - Fluency in 
Polish and very good knowledge of English.
