This is in reference to the following position. ***** Please find below job description if you feel comfortable please revert with updated resume, Rate and contact details ASAP ***** Role: Project/Program Management (Chevron) Location: Concord CA Duration: 6months+ Client : Tech Mahindra Primary Skills : Upgrading SAP GRC Access Control from v5.3 to v10.0 , SAP’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control v5.3 application, periodic user access (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) Job Description: The Project/Program Manager defines job requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and/or interrelated programs activities in a project/program office environment. The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from providing support for small to medium projects to contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage development of strategic or tactical business plans • Plans, directs, and coordinates the team’s activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. • Determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans. • Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements; manages subcontractors. • Analyzes project progress/costs and facilitate the development of recommended alternatives. • Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged key stakeholders. Experience: Chevron is required to perform periodic user access (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflict reviews to comply with Chevron Policies and Information Protection Standards. These controls help to ensure the integrity of Chevron’s Financial Statements and, therefore, an important component of the SOX 404 compliance program. Since 2009, Chevron has been utilizing SAP’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control v5.3 application to perform and manage these compliance activities and hence it is adviced that the candidate need to be familiar with the above application. SAP GRC Access Control v5.3 currently resides in an envionrment (PNW) that is not in scope to be moved to San Antonio as part of the San Ramon Data Center (SRDC) Migration project. In SAP GRC v10.0 (the latest major version), Access Control and Process Control are part of an integrated solution, and PC has been upgraded to v10.0 in a new environment (PRC).
