Should be able to establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis Should know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals, Networking sites that would suite the bench consultants. Should interact with the clients and submit the profiles and maintain proper MIS of the same. Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates. Should be able to handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing the bench to Placing the same.
