Management*, *Configuration Management* and other *ITIL* process areas

*2+* years working with *ServiceNow*

*ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification *

*ITIL v3 Foundation* Certification and knowledge of *ITIL* governance and

Experience leading and/or managing teams

Strong Experience with *Unix/Linux* and *Windows Operating* Systems

Working knowledge of *Web* Technologies (*XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX,
CSS, HTTP/S*, etc.)

Working knowledge of *Active Directory, LDAP* and Single Sign-On (*SSO*)
Integration

Experience with *scripting languages* (*JavaScript, Perl, UNIX shell
scripts*)

Working knowledge of *cloud concepts* and architecture

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for implementation,
*administration*, development, *documentation* and technical support of our
client’s *ServiceNow* platform. The role emphasizes the use of the
*ServiceNow Platform* and *ITSM* *applications* in designing and building
solutions for our customers.


*Job Responsibilities:*

Implement, Administer and support of our client’s *ServiceNow* platform

*Configure Workflow, Application UI* and *Customize ServiceNow applications*
, Perform minor enhancements requests to theclient’s*ServiceNow** instances*
, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation
content, and modifications to existing workflow

Facilitate roll out of *new applications* and modules in *ServiceNow*

Handle general updates and *configuration* *changes/requests*

Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions

Ensure latest release of *ServiceNow application* is implemented in a
timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations

Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards,
policies, working methods, and tools

Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a
development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible

Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and
production environments
