*Job Title: CMMI Lead*
*Location: Andover, MA and Houston, TX *
*Duration: 6 Months*

*Job Description:*

   - Have 3-5 years of Lead appariser experience of CMMI appariasals(Class
   A, B, C) and have CMMI Lead appraiser certification by SEI. Able to carry
   out assement, collect the data, publish the gap & reccommendtaions
   - Have lead the CMM appraiser and also have participated as meber in
   other appraisals at client onsite locations
   - Have experience on Master system development lifecycle/methods from
   requirement engineering to final Integration/ Validation and Release. The
   lilecycle includes both the design of new systems as well as the
   maintenance/evolution of existing ones
   - Have experenc on SW development & SW process improvments
   - Have experince on SW Quality management & have developed statsical
   charts
   - Have 2-5yeas of TMM  consulting experience in assessing & improving SW
   Testing/Validation process
   - Have experience in support functions such as defect management,
   configuration management and traceability
   - Have SW development experience in Agile methodolgy
   - Have experience in SW changemangement, continuous intergration &
   continuous development

*Desirable:*

   - Knowledge of improvement frameworks/standard like CMMI or TPI is
   highly desirable
   - Scrum Master Certification
   - Six sigma green or black belt certification
