End Date: will likely extend to a full year term
Location: while there are some remote capabilities once manager is
comfortable with resource, they must sit in Strongsville only.

Note: Pure QA Analyst will not work for this role, they are too focused on
just the testing aspect of the position.



Requirements

·         Strong Administrative skills (MS Office products, ability to
multi-task, ability to coordinate multiple activities)

·         Requires excellent organizational, written and verbal
communications

·         Requires negotiation / collaboration skills

·         General project methodology knowledge

·         Prior project manager or manager functions experience

·         Ability to work with Line of Business, Portfolio teams and
Production entities throughout the lifecycle of projects

·         Must be able to manage multiple activities concurrently

·         Experience in documenting expectations and communicating
information to multiple levels including executive management



Preferred

·         Strong knowledge and understanding of various infrastructure
components

·         Two to three years’ experience in any Testing Tool
process/management (special interest in HP tools: Application LifeCyle
Management, Performance Center, Network Virtualization …)

·         Similiar tools: Compuware - Reconcile, TrackRecord, QA Director;
IBM - Rational, ClearQuest suite and/or Mercury tools - LoadRunner,
WinRunner

·         Experience, in some capacity, with quality assurance concepts and
practices (full lifecycle and not just testing phase)





Areas of responsibilities:

·         Guide project team through testing tool usage (storing
requirements/test items/defects in tool)

·         Review project deliverables to ensure the right things are being
done and communicating items appropriately throughout the SDLC

·         Assist in identifying and helping with risk assessments/mitigation

·         Ensure production readiness

·         Ability to document "quick tips" for users to adhere to processes

·         Pull information to report metrics to monitor the progress of
deliverables
