Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Technical education and/or related skills training preferred At least 5 years of experience with IT. At least 3 years, experience leading complex Business Intelligence Reporting Implementations. Required: Formal BI reporting experience, particularly with Oracle BI platform Expert knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Release 11g Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Data Modeling, and Star Schema design Experience with Oracle BIEE development & RPD design Strong experience in designing technical architecture, configuring all components of OBIEE (OBIEE Answers, Publisher, Delivers & BI Office),implementing the metadata layers and generating reports and dashboards Experience in design & development of OBIEE reports and dashboards & best practices Strong experience in OBIEE Answers, BI Admin tool, OBIEE Web Catalog and application/object security, working knowledge of WebLogic Server and Architecture Understanding and performing basic end-to-end performance tuning and optimization of RPD for performance Experience working directly with end users in the Oil Industry domain is preferred Knowledge of Oracle BI-Publisher will be strong plus. Good Analytical and Communication skills Ability to learn quickly.
