*Responsibilities:*

This role will primarily support the development of On The Job and
Computer-Based Training Materials (Training Guides) for the Shire Tech Ops
Quality Organization.

85%  Partner with functional area subject matter experts to develop and
implement on the job training (OJT), E-Learning (CBT), and Instructor-Led
Training (ILT) materials for use in Quality functions including, but not
limited to: Quality Control and Quality Assurance within specified
timelines and according to Shire procedures and standards.
15%  Partner with functional area subject matter experts in the Quality
Organization to develop and/or rework E-Learning and Classroom training
content per the training material transition protocol project plan.

*Experience & Knowledge      *
Essential
Demonstrate high-level of professional and business judgment when
communicating with cross-functional teams and others at all levels of the
organization •Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications,
including Word, Excel and Power Point Collaborative, customer focused and
service oriented •Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in
writing with all levels in the organization •Ability to prioritize and
multitask •Ability to work under challenging deadlines and be accountable
for completing work within specified timeframes •Self-motivated, assertive,
and energetic team player •Ability to work in and be adaptable to a
diverse, dynamic and team oriented environment

*Preferred        *
Degree in Instructional Design or Education •Experience with developing
e-learning and e-learning authoring tools •Experience with Learning
Management Systems (LMS) •Experience in Manufacturing and Quality positions

*Skills/Behaviors     *
Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant
experience).
2+ years of experience in training or development •5+ years of experience
working in a GMP role in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred
