Technical Project Management including managing of complex product implementation for a medium / large banks. 2. Good hands on knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, Unix, Java/J2EE including Java script. 3. Knowledge of ALM tool 4. Handle a program where Actimize product is deployed 5. Creating, maintaining and tracking of project schedule in Microsoft project or any other equivalent tool. 6. Knowledge of Project Scope Management 7. Good communication while collaborating with interfacing teams in resolving issue 8. Risk Management and prepare mitigation and contingency plan 9. Handle programs in AML, KYC, Regulatory Reporting and Compliance program 10. Managing Escalations and any issues raised by the Customer 11. Leadership qualities to resolve / mitigate Program Level issues by arranging Joint meetings 12. Should have sound knowledge on Estimation methodology (any FP, FP cosmic) 13. Quality management strategies deployed to improve Quality of deliverables 14.
