Performance tuning, capacity management • Proactive system performance tuning and monitoring. • Work closely with the centers of excellence to provide support for their implementation projects • Adhere to change controls; familiarize with process, procedures, • Landscape and instance management. Problem determination and resolution, 3rd level support incident management.
