Experience in the Cruise Line Industry is a Homerun! This will start as a one year contract and roll over to a two year contract. It is an on-going need for them. This will be a phone interview and Skype to hire. *Manager Notes* •6 + years of experience assigned to agile projects as Business Analyst and/or Product Owner (in many instances these are one in the same) •Superb oral and written communication skills (would like to see samples of work, desensitized) •Hospitality Industry experience (i.e. cruise, air, hotel, car, online travel provider, etc…) *Additional notes * •Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills *The IT Business Analyst must be proficient in performing core tasks in the requirements management process including: * • Elicit project relevant requirements and business rules using various techniques (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, questionnaires) • Organize and document requirements in accordance with industry standards (Vision, Business Requirements Document, Use Case, Product Backlog, User Story) • Manage the review and approval of requirements with project team members and stakeholders • Control, analyze and communicate approved changes to requirements through the software development lifecycle *The IT Business Analyst will be required to perform other tasks which include: * • Business process modeling and process reengineering • Evaluate (third party) software and hardware as potential solutions when applicable • Other job related functions as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical business experience is required. Business Analyst and Scrum professional certifications are a plus.
