·         8 years of experience as a SSIS/BI and focused on data modelling

·         Able to effectively engage business users to define analytics and
reporting needs

·         Strong experience in building and evolving models following
Kimball or Inmon approaches

·         Detailed data analysis and translation of business needs into
logical and physical data models

·         Advanced SQL and performance tuning experience

·         Design and build efficient ETL/ELT processes

·         Ability to work effectively in development team



*Desired Skills*



1.      Experience with Healthcare data modelling

2.       Experience with large data sets (excess of 1 billion row tables)

3.       Experience with OLAP technologies such as cubes

4.       Experience with MPP technologies

5.       Experience with data modelling tools

6.       Experience with Agile development methodology



*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*



·         Responsible for working with business users to understand the
business and effectively translate to efficient data warehouse model.

·         Responsible for building, maintaining, and integrating
dimensional models and guiding development teams to effectively load and
maintain high levels of data quality, load and query performance.

·         Responsible for insuring data dictionaries and other meta data
elements are properly maintained

·         Responsible to educate technical teams on defined models

Responsible for proactively identifying issues, solving problems, and
driving process efficiencies
