In Boston, he has 1 FT BSA and this contractor who is being replaced. This person will be working with a few members in the PMO too, a few sr analysts. *Project: *This person will be working with EPMO team to build new project management workflows, including application configuration, report design, user guides, training documents, etc. *Start*: ASAP – this person can start before the backfill leaves. He is okay with a Oct 31st start, but ideally would like someone sooner *Duration*: 6-12 months Important Skills Technical – · Strong technical skills · ability to query a database · write own SQL · experience eliciting requirements · Strong documentation experience, especially around requirements, specifications and user workflows · Past PM experience Soft – · Excellent communications skills · Strong documentation skills · “Go Getter” attitude *Interview Process*: PS w/ Zack, on-site interview with Zack, his boss and a few members of the PMO *Background Check*: Will check on this Zack’s team of BSA’s is heavy on reporting, so he said if this candidate falls short with reporting, that isn’t a deal breaker. He really needs someone who has strong documentation and is technically strong who has experience writing SQL queries. Zack mentioned that he isn’t looking for a specific knowledge background, but basically wants a strong BA willing to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively to get the job done. -Must Haves · Write SQL queries · Write/document BRD’s · Strong documentation experience -Pluses · Prior Change Point experience · Mentioned that someone who has some PM experience would be helpful as well – it doesn’t matter which methodology they’ve used · 3-5 years of experience is the ideal range -Day to Day This person is going to be working with the PMO and BSA’s to drive requirements, write reports, collecting reports, do some data analysis.
