Job Title : UX Design Lead
Job Location : Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 6 months
· Clarify business requirements and develop product specifications
for back-office user interface.
· Design pages and navigation for internal and partner back-office
access.
· Evaluate and recommend technologies.
· Develop detailed product features and requirements, and develop
implementation plans.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, UI
Development, Operations) to design new services, features, and enhancements.
· Develop, mentor, and train UI Developers to ensure objectives are
met.
· Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance.
· Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills .
• 5+ years’ experience.
• Comcast experience preferred.
