Job Title : VMware ESX/VSphere Administration Job Location : Portage, MI Duration : 6 months *Visa and Passport NO. Mandatory* JD: 8-10 years Experience with System Administration. VMware ESX/VSphere Administration. Experience with Windows Server Administration & migration projects. Exposure to Windows server 2003/2008/2008 R2/2012 R2. Active Directory & Group policy management. Experience with VMware virtualization. Deploying and configuring windows servers, OVA, appliances in VMware vCenter environment. Exposure to HP, DELL, IBM hardware. ESX/VSphere OS performance tuning & management. ESX/VSphere Hardware Upgrade, host upgrades and patch management. Exposure to VMFS volumes and upgrades. Storage migrations using vCenter. Exposure to SCCM patch management and monitoring experience with SCOM. Exposure to vCOPs or vROPs. File share and Print server migrations. ITIL process awareness and 24/7 availability in case of critical alerts. Availability to On call rotation and weekend activities.
